LEAF B100
100% Biogenic fuel (FAME)
LEAF B100 consists of pure biodiesel – FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester) or UCOME (Used Cooking Oil Methyl Ester) which is produced in accordance with DIN EN 14214. This fuel is suitable for conventional diesel engines, provided that the vehicle manufacturers have issued the corresponding approvals.
LEAF B100 consists of 100% biogenic fuels and offers several decisive advantages:
- High CO₂- savings: With a savings potential of over 84% compared to fossil diesel, LEAF B100 makes a significant contribution to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
- Sustainable raw materials: LEAF B100 is produced from vegetable oils that originate as residual - and waste materials from food production. This means that this biodiesel does not compete with food or animal feed.
- Flexibility: LEAF B100 can be blended with fossil diesel fuel in any ratio, allowing flexible utilisation.
